Chapter 599 - 598: Reactions of the remaining people in the Sun Base 2

Luciel was just watching the actions of the people below, but the noise was getting too loud and their nonsense reasoning was getting irritating, so he controlled the vines that he was sitting on and branched them out to yank some of those people who were speaking nonsense and hang them upside down.

Those who were gathered were frightened and immediately moved away from those people. Those that were hanging from the vines were even more frightened and were screaming loudly.

"Okay, scream even louder, and I'll hang you guys even higher," Luciel said while using the microphone that he got from Yang using another thin vine.

As soon as those people heard what he said, some were still screaming, but they were clearly trying to stop themselves.

Those who had stopped screaming also immediately started pleading for themselves.

"Please let me down!"

Of course, some were still cursing him and started talking nonsense.

"F@ck! What do you think you're doing! You can't just hang us here. Let us down!"

He didn't bother talking to those people at all and just controlled the vines that were hanging those people and made them longer so that those people would be hung higher.

He had only hung 50 people who were in front and talked the loudest, so there were still a lot of those people who were also talking nonsense, but most of them had gone quiet; but a few were still righteously saying the same as those that he had hung higher.

He also didn't bother saying anything to them and directly controlled more vines and hung them like the others.

Seeing that those that were speaking such nonsense were hung again just like the others, no one bothered talking bad again and continuing accusing and shouting nonsense.

Of course, Luciel could still hear them whispering something, but no one dared to say anything out loud.

"Tsk. That's all you got?" Luciel said with a sneer and then said sarcastically, "You guys are really brave; as soon as you guys saw that they weren't doing anything to harm you, you're all brave enough to say a lot of nonsense."

"But now that I hung you guys, where's your previous bravery?" Luciel asked, but knew that they wouldn't even have the guts to answer, so he just continued speaking.

"We're only passing by and the others dealt with the people that were causing you problems, but instead of being grateful, you guys are accusing them instead?

What right do you guys have to complain and accuse when you guys couldn't even deal with or escape those people who were treating you guys like animals?

You're accusing them that if it wasn't because of them, those people in that building wouldn't die, as if people in this base aren't dying every day because of the maltreatment of the so-called masters that you guys are serving.

You guys are being treated badly and don't even have anything good to eat every day; so, if it wasn't for them, you guys are certainly going to die in just a few days, weeks, or months, and you guys certainly wouldn't even last for a year.

So, you guys don't have the right to complain about it as it wasn't even their fault, as it was done by your previous leaders.

I don't care if you guys have been too dumb to realize your situation and don't even realize that you guys are nearly useless and would just be discarded one way or another if you guys weren't exhausted by your so-called masters first.

And I don't really care if you guys are afraid of going outside because of the zombies and other things outside; it's not my problem anyway, but it just means that you guys are really useless.

It's already been a year and you guys don't even dare to go out and just think of relying on others and taking advantage of the kindness of others, which means you guys are just taking it easy and are waiting for death."
