Chapter 596 - 595: After the explosion
Luciel knew that the battle on Treyton's side had intensified as he could hear more commotion, but he didn't expect to suddenly hear an explosion and see the building they were in collapse."Cousin!"
"Wahh! Big brother! Uncles!"
"Oh no!"
"Uncle!"
All the kids were startled because of the sudden explosion, and after seeing the building crumble, they all shouted anxiously.
"Don't worry too much. Those guys have strong abilities, so if they reacted immediately, then they're probably alive," Luciel said to the kids.
He couldn't really be sure if they were alright because his ears were still ringing from the explosion, so he couldn't hear anything far away for the time being.
Having better hearing really isn't that good sometimes, especially when encountering sudden loud sounds while focusing on hearing distant noises.
All of them probably couldn't hear farther sounds for the time being because of their ears, so they certainly aren't aware of the status of Treyton and the others.
Below them, Luciel saw that most of those people who were still fighting all looked toward the direction where the explosion happened.
Then he heard Yang and Nathan trying to contact Treyton and the others through their communicator, but no one was responding.
After a while, they finally heard Myla: "F@ck! Hello? We're going to remove debris first, as Boss and the others are certainly buried under the debris since I didn't see anyone come out. We will update you guys later; their communicators probably aren't working."
"Okay, we will wait for your update. We will deal with the people here immediately and head there afterwards," Yang said.
"Yeah, we're almost done here, but I'll head there with Camille before the others!" Nathan also said.
"Okay, talk to you guys later," Myla said and didn't say anything further.
Luciel had seen Myla and the others deftly avoiding the debris of the collapsing building and even pulling away those people they had dealt with before, but because the explosion happened suddenly, Luciel still saw that the three of them were injured despite being able to respond immediately.
While answering the communicator, Myla and the other two with her had actually already started clearing up the debris on one side so that they could let Treyton and the others out.
"Brother Luciel, should we also go there and help?" Astrid asked, as it was obvious that she was still worried about Treyton and the others just like the other kids.

Treyton and the others were all capable, so even though the whole building crumbled because of the explosion, he believed they were all alive.
Treyton was there, who could instantly erect a large metal cover for them as long as he had metals, and Zam and the others also had very strong abilities that could protect them from the explosion and the debris that fell. They might have injuries, but they were probably all alive.
After they got down, they also saw Nathan and Camille getting out of the building in front of them.
"You guys are also going?" Nathan asked.
"Yeah, the kids wanted to go, and you guys also don't have a lot of opponents left, so it's okay to go there and see what happens next," Luciel answered while waiting for all the kids to get inside their RV.

Camille was visibly worried, probably very worried about Zam, as it was very obvious on his face; Camille hadn't even bothered greeting him or the kids briefly and was just staying silent beside Nathan.
"Yeah, so there's no need to be too worried about them," Luciel said and then got on the RV as the kids had all entered, leaving only them outside.
After Nathan and Camille got on, Mark immediately started driving toward the destroyed building. While they were driving, Luciel stayed near the window looking outside, so he also saw the continuous action of the so-called slaves in the area they were in.
After the explosion, Luciel had already seen that those slaves had opened their windows or doors again and started looking at what happened.
Unlike when they just arrived, those people who saw that the building where the base leaders were staying had fallen didn't shut their windows and doors again.
